An Evening with Will Harris: Celebrating Regenerative Farming and Exceptional Local Cuisine

On January 16, High Wire Distilling Co. hosted an evening with renowned Georgia farmer Will Harris. As a fourth-generation farmer at White Oak Pastures, Harris has pioneered regenerative farming, ensuring humane practices and sustainable land stewardship. At this special event, Harris discussed his book, A Bold Return to Giving a Damn, while guests enjoyed sliders crafted from his beef by top Charleston chefs, including Jeanne Oleksiak of Herd Provisions. The night also featured wines from regenerative vineyards. This unique event provided attendees with an opportunity to learn from Harris and taste exceptional local fare.
